DO NOT CONNECT THE PRINTER TO YOUR MACHINE UNTIL THE INSTALLATION REQUIRES YOU TO DO SO

  1. Download the driver from the Matica website: https://www.maticagroup.com/downloads/

  2. Inside Parallels, install the version XPS Driver V1.0.4.0

  1. Follow the installer steps

  1. When asked connect the printer to your machine and select the operating system (Windows 7/8/10/11) you are using.

  1. Allow Parallels to access to the printer.

  1. Complete the installation.

  1. Open a text editor like notepad and write a sample text like “TEST PRINT”

  2. Press print and check if a card is printed with the test text you’ve added

  3. Test the print process from CardExchange® Producer or Press

 

NOTES

  • If the card is not printed successfully after installation, please check the printer for error messages. If none are displayed the issue should be related with your Parallels installation or Mac device, some clean-up or request for assistance on Parallels may be necessary.
