Unintended Reader Results

This sometimes tells us that we are making communication with the Printer and encoder, we know it exists, but some configuration may be preventing us from receiving the UID.

There is an option within the Zebra configuration menu (a webpage host) that can cause this issue which is the Encoding over Ethernet option. This can be found in the Printer Settings section.
