Activate Credentials

The last step in issuing a physical card is to Activate it. Cards in the Approved state will appear here. Once the person has the physical card, you can activate their credential to enable its use in other systems.

Activating a Credential

1. Search for the Person
   Use the search function at the top to locate the individual.

2. Select the Records
   Choose the records you want to activate.

3. Activate the Credentials
   Click the Activate button in the top-right corner.

Activated State and System Integration

Once activated, the card moves to the Activated state. If business rules are configured to process data into third-party systems upon activation, those rules will run, updating the other systems to mark the card as active and ready for use.
