CardExchange® Controller People Page

Introduction to the People Section

The People tab is the central area where you manage individual records in your cloud instance. It provides a variety of functions to help you organize and maintain person-specific data. Key activities that can be performed in the People section include:

  • Searching for Records: Use the search functionality to locate specific individuals or a group of persons based on various criteria.

  • Adding New Records: Create new individual records by entering the relevant details into the system.

  • Uploading Photos: Attach photos to individual records for easier identification.

  • Managing Addresses: Edit or add addresses associated with each record.

  • Managing Profiles: Assign or modify profiles linked to a person, determining their roles or permissions.

  • Managing Credentials: Issue and manage credentials such as cards or IDs tied to a person’s record.

The People tab is your primary tool for efficiently managing personal data and ensuring that all information is up to date and accurate.
