Create Credentials

The first step in producing a card is to create the credential. In the Create pane, you will see a list of people who have a profile attached to their record and do not currently have an active credential or a credential in any of the production stages.

To create a credential for a person:

1. Use the search function at the top to find the desired person.

2. Select the records from the list for which you want to create a credential.

3. Click the Create Credentials button in the top-right corner.

Once the credential is created, depending on the configuration settings in Admin Center, the credential will move into the Initialized state and appear under the Approve for Production pane.
