Approve for Production

In the Approve for Production pane, you will see a list of people who have a card in the Initialized state. If the profile assigned to the user requires photos, only people with an approved and released photo will be shown in this list.

From here, you can either move the card to the In Production state or delete the card entirely.

Open

To approve a card for production:

1. Use the search function at the top to find the person.

2. Select the records for which you want to approve the card for production.

3. Click the Approve to Production button in the top-right corner.

To delete a card:

1. Select the records for which you want to delete the card.

2. Click the Delete Cards button in the top-right corner.

This allows you to either move forward with printing the card or remove erroneous cards from the list.
