CardExchange® Admin Center

Introducing the Admin Center

The CardExchange® Admin Center is the central location to manage all of your cloud application behavior. It offers you the possibility to customize your cloud products to meet your specific needs. From creating your own business rules, workflows, and personalization by uploading your company logo to controlling what every user can see and do with profiles and permissions, CardExchange® Admin puts the power in your hands.

CardExchange® Admin Center is WCAG and VPAT compliant with an intuitive design allowing for ease of use. With the ability to adjust the interface for your user’s specific needs, CardExchange® Admin provides the perfect solution for a custom interface.

Using the Dashboard

The Dashboard will show you a concise overview of Users, Enrollment statuses, and Person statuses.

The Admin Dashboard provides the user with a quick overview of the users and cardholders involved with the system. Users Total, Confirmed, and Active refers to the users of the cloud system capable of logging into the Admin Center, and CardExchange® Controller.

The Dashboard also provides information from Controller. The number of enrollments and persons with or without cards are displayed as charts, providing further information about the number of cards at varying stages of production, and active or inactive cardholders.

You can also quickly view your Subscribed Applications, as well as the total number of records your subscription is for here.

Users can see all general settings and information about the organization, and provide the Client ID and Client Secret that are used to access the API. These values can not be edited.

Custom Logo

Many organizations prefer to have their own branding on the services they offer their users. A custom logo can be uploaded for users to view across all of the CardExchange® Cloud suite products.

To add your custom logo, go to the Logo section in Admin Center, then click on the Upload logo button. You can insert image files such as .png, .jpg, and .bmp. For logos that have transparent backgrounds, you should always use a .png file format.

The custom logo should update at the top of the Admin Center toolbar, Controller, and Stand the next User sign-in.

Admin Center Settings

A few optional settings can be found in the Profile settings menu. This menu is available in the main framework and positioned at the right top corner of all the forms and is used for the personal settings and information of the logged-in user.

These options are specific to the logged-in Admin Center user.
