Production using HID® Fargo® Connect™

If you are using the HID Fargo Connect plugin, you can print badges directly from the browser. To use this feature, ensure that the settings have been configured correctly in Admin Center.

Printing Cards with HID Fargo Connect

1. Select Records for Printing
   When your cards are in the Initialized state and appear in the Approve for Production screen, select the records you want to print.

2. Approve for Production
   Click the Approve to Production button in the top-right corner.

3. Choose a Printer
   A pane will appear where you can select the desired printer. Each printer will display its status next to the corresponding record, indicating whether it is available. After selecting the printer, click the Print button at the bottom of the pane.

Managing Print Jobs

While the cards are in the print queue, they will appear in the Print screen. To update the status of the print jobs:

1. Select the print jobs.

2. Click the Synchronize Card Status button in the top-right corner.

Post-Printing Status

Once the cards are printed, they will be removed from the Print screen and move to the Printed status. The printed cards will then be available in the Approve for Issuance tab.
