Approved Photos

Once a photo has been approved—either manually by an operator or automatically by the system—it will appear in the Approved Photos tab.

Releasing Approved Photos

For an approved photo to be used in the system or printed on a physical badge, it must be released. You have two options for releasing approved photos:

• Automatic Release: You can configure the system to automatically release photos once they enter the approved state. This can be set up in the Admin Center under Setup → Controller → Photos.

• Manual Release: To release a photo manually, select it from the list of approved photos and click the Release Photos button at the top.

Rejecting Approved Photos

If a photo was approved by mistake, you can move it to the Rejected state:

• Select the photo and click the Reject Photos button at the top, or click the thumbs down button to the right of the photo in the list.

• You will be prompted to provide a reason for rejecting the photo.

This process ensures that only properly approved and released photos are available for use in the system or for printing on credentials.
