Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication in CardExchange® Cloud

Enabling 2FA in Admin Center

1. Click on Authentication

3. Check Enable Two Factor Authentication

4. From now on, your account has the Two-factor authenticator

5. Type the password and login

App method for 2FA:

1. Scan the QR Code with the Authenticator app

2. Type the code provided from the App and you should be able to login

Email method for 2FA:

If you want to setup your 2FA choosing the Email option this is how you can do it

1. Click on TwoFactorCode

Click on TwoFactorCode

2. Click on Login

Click on Login

Lost your Authenticator?

1. Paste the code sent to your email address into the input

2. Click on Recovered Authenticator Successfully

Click on Recovered Authenticator Successfully

3. Login your email address and password

4. It should ask to set the Authenticator again

And it should ask to setup the Authenticator again
