Visitor Advanced Options - Email Notifications

Here you can change the email subject for the confirmation emails that are sent to visitors when they are pre-registered for events. You can also send a test email to the specified sender as well as edit the message.

You can receive and modify settings for the following email types:

  • Guest notifications

    • an email sent to the guest when they check in

  • Host notifications

    • an email is sent to the host of the event when a guest checks in

  • Evacuation Reports

    • Have your Evacuation report emailed to a specific person, or to the hosts of the event

  • Call for Help signals

    • If someone in your database is marked as Blacklisted, a Call for Help email can send to another person.
