Review Photos
Photos that have been manually set for review will appear in the Review Photos pane. This allows for further evaluation before a final decision is made.
Approving or Rejecting Photos
To Approve: Select the photo(s) from the list and click the Approve Photos button at the top, or click the thumbs up button to the right of the photo in the list.
To Reject: Select the photo(s) from the list and click the Reject Photos button at the top, or click the thumbs down button to the right of the photo in the list.
If you reject a photo, you will be required to provide a reason for the rejection. This process ensures that all reviewed photos are either approved for use or appropriately rejected based on your organization's policies.
