Rejected Photos
When a photo is rejected, either manually by an operator or automatically by the system, it will appear under the Rejected Photos tab.
Deleting Rejected Photos
To allow a Stand user to upload a new photo, the rejected photo must be deleted. Follow these steps:
Select the rejected photo(s) from the list.
Click the Delete Photo button at the top.
Confirm the delete operation.
Note: Deleted photos are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Reversing a Mistaken Rejection
If a photo was mistakenly rejected, you can move it back to the Approved state:
Select the rejected photo and click the Approve Photos button, or click the thumbs up button to the right of the photo in the list.
This ensures that only the correct photos are rejected or restored to the approved state, and users can proceed with uploading new photos if necessary.
