Changing Photos

Updating Your Approved Photo

If your organization has enabled the Allow User to Update Approved Photo setting, you can update your profile photo even after it has been approved by a Controller operator.

  1. Access Personal Details:

    • Tap the Details button in the bottom navigation bar to navigate to the Personal Details screen.

  2. Change Photo:

    • If you are allowed to update your photo, you will see a Change Photo button on this screen. Click this button to upload a new image.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the photo update process.
