Remove CardExchange using Revo Uninstaller

To completely remove the CardExchange installation and corrupted/missing Microsoft Installer Package, you will need to run a third-party utility such as Revo Uninstaller which you can find here: https://www.revouninstaller.com/download-freeware-version.php

Before proceeding we would always recommend that you back up your Data and License folders along with any databases etc… that are important to you.
Although this process will only remove the application itself, it is always best to have backups in case something goes wrong.

When you run it, you can select the CardExchange application and choose to uninstall from the ribbon at the top.

Click yes to confirm.

Choose the moderate option to also remove leftover registry information and files.

If you receive an error, just click on ok.

Now click on next to scan for registry items.

Once the scan has completed click on next to display the items that were found.

Select all the items and click delete.

Then confirm the prompt.

Now click next.

Now select all the leftover files and click delete.

Again, confirm the prompt.

Now click next.

You can now click on finish to complete the process.

You can now proceed with installing the application from the latest available installer.
