  4. Single Sign-On (SSO):

    • If your organization uses SSO, you will be redirected to their login page. Complete the sign-in process as you normally would for your organization.

    • If your organization does not use SSO, you will be directed to the password entry screen. Enter your password and click Login to proceed.

Setting Up a PIN Code (Mobile Apps Only)

After your first login on the iOS or Android app, you'll be prompted to set a PIN code for quicker access.

  1. Accept Privacy Policy: Review and agree to the privacy policy.

  2. Set Your PIN: Enter a 4-digit PIN that you can easily remember. Confirm your PIN by entering it a second time. This PIN will allow you to access the app without needing to log in each time.

Once your PIN is set, you can use it to unlock the app without needing to re-enter your login credentials.

Your Virtual ID

Once logged into the Stand app, the first screen you'll see is your virtual ID. This ID contains several important elements:

  1. Organization Logo:

    • If your organization has enabled in-app branding, you will see their logo at the top.

  2. Profile Photo:

    • Your profile photo is displayed prominently. Tapping on the photo will enlarge it for better visibility.

  3. Profile Status:

    • Directly below the photo is a status banner, which will display one of the following based on your profile's status:

      • Activated: Your photo has been approved, and your profile is active.

      • Expired: Your profile has passed its expiration date.

      • Blocked: Your profile has been blocked.

      • Pending Approval: Your uploaded photo is awaiting approval.

      • Rejected: Your photo was rejected due to your organization's photo policy. Review the policy and upload a new photo.

  4. Personal Information:

    • Below the status banner, you will find your name and personal ID number.

  5. Profile Type and Expiration Date:

    • In the bottom-left corner, your profile type and expiration date are displayed.

  6. Security Features:

    • Spinning Globe Icon: If enabled by your organization, a spinning globe icon is displayed to prevent screenshots from being used as proof of ID.

    • Barcode: At the bottom-right, there is a barcode that may vary in format (linear or 2D) depending on your organization’s configuration. For added security, a live timestamp is embedded within the barcode, updating in real-time.
