Trust ID Licensing issue

Please do the following:

  • Close and Uninstall TrustID

  • Delete the following folders:

    • C:\Users\Public\Documents\TrustID\License\

    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Magicard\TrustID\

    • C:\Users\<YOURLOCALWINDOWSUSER>\AppData\Local\Magicard\

  • Re-install the application with the latest version, found here: https://dl.cardexchangesolutions.com/trustid4update

  • Open the software and log in and try to activate the software.

If you get an error after that. Close the software and re-open it. If it opens into the main window, then check to see if it actually activated by going to the Assist tab and clicking on About TrustID. In the bottom left, if you see the serial number mentioned above, then it is activated.
