Use this download when updating an existing CardExchange® Gateway installation on your computer. Gateway includes CardExchange® Producer and CardExchange® Visitor
Stand-alone CardExchange® Users:
You do not need to do anything, just run the update and continue using your CardExchange® software as usual.
Network CardExchange® Users (SBS): Action Required
Please follow the steps below to get updated:
STEP 1:
Prior to updating your CardExchange®, it is required you first update your installation of Sentinel RMS License Manager. This license manager is usually located on your server.
This applies to any users running CardExchange Gateway v1.2.2.34 or Producer v10.2.2.34
To update your licenses manager to the latest version you can download it from our website by using the following link:
STEP 2:
Extract the ZIP file and launch Setup.exe from the License Manager folder to begin the installation, then follow the steps in the Installshield wizard. Once the new license manager is installed, you should be able to continue using your CardExchange® software as usual.
IMPORTANT: Please use the new version of Wlmadmin.exe to manage your licenses as the Tools have also been updated.
