Known Affected Applications: CardExchange Producer (v9)


Potential Cause of Error

There are some reasons why this error occurs:

  • AccessDatabaseEngine2010 not installed
  • AccessDatabaseEngine2010 64bit installed


How to fix?

  1. If the engine is not installed please install it downloading the engine https://dl.cardexchangesolutions.com/accessdatabaseengine2010
  2. If the engine that is installed is the 64bit version do the following:

       A. Download the 32bit engine https://dl.cardexchangesolutions.com/accessdatabaseengine2010

       B. Open a command prompt window with administrator rights.

       C. In the command prompt window, navigate to the folder where the executable was saved in step A.

       D. Type the text below and click enter.       

 AccessDatabaseEngine2010.exe /passive
