Global Counter

Select Global Counter from the Standard Object Type drop down menu, indicated with the red rectangle and set the Global Counter options in the group indicated with the orange rectangle. When using theGlobal Counter, you see that the text area is indicated with a green rectangle. This means that the value shown is generated based on the settings for the Global Counter and cannot be changed in the text area.
