Transferring your CardExchange product licensing to a new computer is easy! All you need is the CardExchange application installed on your Windows PC. When asked to activate your application, provide it the 6-digit Serial Number and 34-character Activation Code.

If you are having trouble finding your license information, we recommend you contact your reseller first if purchased from them to see if they will provide a replacement for you. However, you can Contact Us /wiki/spaces/CS/pages/517210174 directly to recover missing license details provided enough information.
Your license Serial number information is always available to view in our application by viewing the Assist Tab at the top and selecting About CardExchange. Older versions will display this information under the Service Center Tab, and you can find this information among the blue file boxes in the corner of the application windows.
