Moving your License to a new computer
Transferring your CardExchange product licensing to a new computer is easy! All you need is the CardExchange application installed on your Windows PC. When asked to activate your application, provide it the 6-digit Serial Number and 34-character Activation Code.
Activating the application simply removes the watermark from the current installation of the PC. Transfer your Data over to the new computer as well to pick up right where you left off!
Obtaining Licensing Information
Your Serial Number and Activation code are required to relicense a new PC. Licensing is obtained in a few ways listed below:
Purchased directly from our WebShop online at https://cardexchange.shop
Delivery online only via Email of purchase contact
Authorized application key resellers providing the software and support assistance
Printer hardware are often purchased as packages with the software
Contact Us if you are having trouble finding your reseller information
Bundled inside the box with a Printer, or CD sleeve
Finding Lost License Information
CardExchange can recover lost license activation code information if provided with a valid application serial number. Continue reading for more information
If you are having trouble finding your license information, we recommend you contact your reseller first if purchased from them to see if they will provide a replacement for you. However, you can Contact Us directly to recover missing license details provided enough information.
Your license Serial number information is always available to view in our application by viewing the Assist Tab at the top and selecting About CardExchange. Older versions will display this information under the Service Center Tab, and you can find this information among the blue file boxes in the corner of the application windows.
