After modifying the Data folder, CardExchange can sometimes lock it to prevent tampering. This can happen from a user merging, moving, or deleting and restoring the folder. Windows Updates have been known to also cause this problem.

If you are presented with a window that gives an Identification Code, please contact CardExchange Support and as for an Unlock Code. This code can only be generated by a member of our Support Team.

Please provide the entire Identification code. This code, as well as the Unlock code, is CASE and SPACE sensitive so please ensure that the code is copied correctly or we cannot provide you with a valid unlock code.

After receiving your Unlock Code, paste it into the relevant field.
