Matica Printers Installation

In order to have the Matica printers XID Series, is needed to install the EdiSecure Connect driver.

It’s available to be downloaded HERE.

As soon as you finish the installation, under the start menu, you should have the EdiSecure Connect available to be used.

1.  Please open the Administration Center.

               a.   Add a Printer

              b.   Set the address to 1

2.  Next, in order to see if the printer is being correctly recognized, please go to the EdiSecure Connect under the Start menu and select Dispatcher.

                  a.    It should be correctly recognized if the circle in the left side is green, printer should be connected.

3.   After that, please open CardExchange select the correct printer and try to print.

4.   If is needed to do magnetic encoding, please be sure that you have the Magnetic option selected under the printer driver.
