When the Webhooks configured in AdminCenter are not being triggered, here are the steps to follow in order to find out if is a it's an issue within the Workflows, or if the Webhook URL needs to be validated.
Go to AdminCenter < > Processes < > Actions and configure a na Action with the type Webhook, in order to test you can , use the following website to provide the webhook URL: https://webhook.site/#!/view/

Click Save and next go to the Business Rules tab and configure a Business Rule with the Action created previously.
As we are troubleshooting the Webhooks the Business Rule doesn’t need any conditions.

After this we should enter the Workflow tab to configure an Event to trigger our Webhook.

After completing this steps we should trigger the event and confirm if the webhook is received in the website.
