When the Data tab is selected, you find two different groups:
| Group | Function(s) | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Connection | Edit | Opens the Database wizard to edit the existing database connection |
| New | Opens the Database wizard to create a new database connection | |
| Select | Opens the file dialog window to select an existing database connection | |
| Remove | Disconnects and removes the existing database connection | |
| Record Navigation | First | Navigates to the first available record in the database |
| Previous | Navigates to the previous database record in the database | |
| Next | Navigates to the next record in the database | |
| Last | Navigates to the last record in the database |

IMPORTANT! The New, Select and Remove options are not available in the Go or Classic editions as they do not support external database connections.
