Application Navigation

There are two parts to our interface, the Main Tabbed Ribbon Menu at the top shown in RED, and the Application Views at the bottom, shown in GREEN.

Selecting each View changes what the application views as well as changing the Ribbon options similar to Microsoft Outlook

By default when selecting the Visitor View, the database list of all your Visitors will appear. You can switch between the different views Employees, Contractors, Events, and Reports to customize specific aspect of the application.

Employees and Contractors will show their own views specific to them, but the Visitors view can show you ALL visitors including the Employees and Contractors if no filters are applied.
