Managing enrollment processes is a key function within Controller. From the moment credentials are created, through any applicable production phases, and until their issuance and activation, the Production section of Controller oversees the entire process.
While production is primarily concerned with the creation of physical IDs, Controller also supports the management of digital IDs within this section.
The Production section includes five distinct stages. The progression through these stages can vary depending on your organization's business rules and workflow processes. Each stage a person’s credential goes through is recorded within the life cycle tracking system, which starts the moment a credential is created for that individual. The current phase in the credential’s life cycle can always be viewed in the History tab of the person’s record.
To access the Application Menu, select the menu button in the upper left corner of any application. This will present a menu from the left side, showing all licensed applications. Selecting an application from the menu will open it in a new window.
