Hexadecimal value is an invalid character.
Hexadecimal value is an invalid character.
Overview:
This error occurs when attempting to modify an object in the Card Designer with a connected Database of CardExchange Producer and TrustID v4.
Causes and Resolution:
The Card Designer will by default display the first record of the connected database. The cause of the error is from a value in the database record displayed that contains a character the designer is not able to display properly.
Simply switching to a different record from within the designer should resolve this. You can do so in the main Data tab of the designer and selecting Next, or Last button options.
You should now be able to make changes to your template design without issue.
