Gathering Fingerprint Information for TrustID

This guide is used to gather the Fingerprint information of your device so that we can check your license in the backend. This guide should be done if we request this information.

  • Close TrustID

  • Download and extract the following Zip folder: https://cardexchange.sharepoint.com/:u:/s/Support/ES571D-qnaNLlRhuVXcs8koBL2fXB443sqXch2pwN5p04A?download=1

  • Run the file FingerprintExchange.exe

  • Click on Get Fingerprint then Save to file:

  • Please name this file, and choose a location for the file. Send this file to us.

  • Also send us the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Magicard\TrustID\sntlcloudp_configuration_exchangeitbv3.xml
