Email Address Required - Kiosk
The below message may be displayed when attempting to check in a visitor in CardExchange® Visitor Kiosk.
The email address field is used to check if someone is already registered and is required if the administrator does not allow duplicate records in the database.
To make the email address not required, you need to allow duplicate records, which can be found in the advanced options window of the main CardExchange® Visitor Application.
