Workflow Options
A Workflow is the third and final step to adding a Process for CardExchange® Cloud.
This step requires that you have added a system action, you can read how to add one here, and that you have configured a business rule, you can read how to add one here.
Once you have configured the action and a business rule condition, you can add a Workflow. The workflow defines when a business rule is run. This will be the system status change that triggers the event moment.
Managing Workflows
To Add a Workflow, click on Workflow under Processes in the left-hand menu, then click on the Add button at the top.
A new pane will open up on the right-hand side. Here you can define the name, description, the trigger event, and set it as active. Then, select the Business Rule to start when the system event occurs.
You can add additional Business Rules to run during this workflow if you desire.
Once you have finished configuring the Workflow, you can click on the Save button at the bottom.
